Why did the judge not try and block this flight?

I’d give that flight a call sign of the judges name.

He was hoping that you would be on it.

because he got the "go frick yourself" message loud and clear the last time, so he'd rather just whine and cry to his compatriots who are sympathetic to his communist message

Anyone see the stories of the suspected gang members being misidentified because of tattoos? Supposedly a barber and a professional soccer player that were seeking Asylum In the U.S. and one had even gone through a port of entry(calling bs) were rounded up and sent to El Salvador,

Family of course swear they weren’t Tren de Aragua

I wouldn’t have flown them out. I would’ve driven to the judges house and put them on his front lawn and in his neighborhood. Until it’s in their neighborhood, they can’t act all morally superior.

well you can drop them there, but you can't make them stay there - whereas they ARE staying in El Salvador

The judge did not actually ban Trump from deporting the illegals, although he did require Trump to provide pre-flight notice. It’s possible the lunatic judge allowed the flight.

If TdA views those tats as being part of the gang and they aren't really in the gang, well... play stupid games...

Why Venezuela?

The prison is in El Salvador.
