Why don’t judges make court orders without the president’s pre-approval.

The courts can’t give advisory opinions. There must be a “case or controversy.”

Yet you ignorantly defend an obviously illegal order from a “judge”

Why don’t SCOTUs justices get approval from the president before ruling on cases?

Apparently civics education is lackin these days.

I just don't get it all these people want to chime in on politics and think of themselves as patriotic
yet they don't understand that it is the Constitution that separates the United States of America from every other government but the role has known and that law is what makes us so special yet people want to call themselves a patriot without the appreciating of what makes the U.S. so special

It's like being a football fan and not understanding line play

And exactly why the Dept of Educ needs to be closed. Forever

No argument about the Department of Education but if they went to college or served in the armed forces

it's also is taught

I mean the concept of the separation of powers at least if you're an American you at least should know what that means

And if you're chiming in with opinions On this very board you should at least know that the Constitution exists or be good at cleaning bedpans

He doesn’t but he still needs to follow the law, which a judge could help prevent him from breaking. He wouldn’t be in this mess if he or anyone around him actually read the constitution.

So, all these EOs can be reversed in 4 years. Why not use congress to enact legislation to replace them?

I despise the executive order , But I understand that there are some things that need to be turned around very quickly because of the who the hell knows who is signing executive orders for four years

I hope that President Vance in four years along with VP Paul works hard to codify these things into law

I would like to see the administration try to but we don't have the numbers

That's why it's so important to recognize this is not about Trump it's about the eight years that follows and trying to get a working majority and get things done

Eh it'll get settled via the system. I'm not worked up one way or another and if you are you might evaluate your life priorities
