I'll go with making the Elite 8 and losing to UCLA. Not a bold prediction but I'm sure some will have other endings. Obviously the Mulkey hire was an obvious good hire and a home run to mix sports metaphors.

Having said that, I do find it ironic that Les Miles an OL was criticized for not being able to sign quality OL for the most part. Yet, Mulkey one of the best women's PG of all time can't seem to put a decent PG on the court. Last year a huge weakness and had to try to put a round peg (Van Lith) in a square hole, and this year another subpar PG.

Everything depends on the guard play sometimes they freak out not consistent what so ever .
Get something out of Jersey and Smith might can make a run we can be anybody on a neutral court Williams us the key to it all .

Loss in Sweet 16

That would be to NC State I assume. LSU routed them early in the Bahamas but I throw games months ago out the window really. Having said that, I would still take LSU in a rematch but it ain't going to be an LSU rout this time. And your Sweet 16 loss projection would certainly have been my backup prediction.

Elite 8
Turnovers will be the downfall, along with poor on-ball defense at times.

Elite 8, not enough depth to compete for Final 4 this yr, the teams that make Final Four will have to have depth from bench

Women’s tournament is usually pretty chalk. I have all the 1 seeds in the final four and we lose in the elite 8 to 1 seed ucla. I think we’ll beat 2 seed NCSU but not as bad as we did during the year when we beat them by 20 or so

They've been competitive in all the losses but there have been long 2nd scoring droughts that they couldn't overcome. Williams and FJ have to come through in those moments.

Hard to say. It all depends on who is healthy and can play at 100%.

Elite 8 but if they play their best ball against UCLA they can absolutely win.

Yes some prognosticators are saying we lose to Florida State at home in the second round. That will not be an easy game. The PMAC needs to be packed and loud Monday night.

I’ll go with the popular prediction that we lose to UCLA in the Elite Eight game. This team is capable of reaching the Final Four but also capable of losing to Florida State.

It will be interesting to see.

This. If they can reduce the dumb turnovers (too many lazy passes), they could go further, Also, actually make layups.
