Judge Boasberg did not act in a vacuum.

Some progressive group or individual, obsessed with stopping anything djt does, immediately filed a lawsuit once they heard about the deportations.

A normal, sane, American would read the news and say “good riddance to the gangs”.

But there are person(s) out there who are so eaten up with politics that their first inclination is to read the story and say “how can we stop this?” These people quite literally weren’t even phased by the details of who exactly was on the planes (rapists, killers, etc). They would rather make the community less safe as long as djt is stymied.

It’s shameful.

This irrationality is like the people who melt when the Supreme Court makes a ruling that the rights of a terrible person who clearly committed terrible crimes were violated.

When courts are discussing the limits of governmental power, the underlying case/merits often include bad people. That's why the merits are irrelevant to the legal discussion unfolding (despite this being impossible for certain people to separate due to emotions and partisan-based programming).

This is why Orange is forcing the auto pen to go to the courts

If they rule in Favor of Biden, Orange can just pardon his entire cabinet and they can ignore everyone for the next 4yrs and beyond

They will oppose whatever Trump does, but this is too big a financial windfall for the left as a money laundering and social engineering tool to walk away from.

Boasberg has a bigger problem himself - and that’s his daughter’s involvement in a 501c3 that provides legal advice for illegal immigrants.

I believe one of the earlier stories also mentioned that the deportation of the gang members was leaked. They should try to find that leak.

All the Dems had to do was sit back and wait for mistakes, and just shout about the mistakes. That is how you slowly chip away at opposition when they are in power.

Instead, they keep taking the 20% side of the 80/20 issues, and every week it seems like Trump releases another rake for them to step on. They are giving a clinic in what not to do when you are the minority.

It was the ACLU. Maybe it should be called the non-ACLU.

Yes, as a rule liberals are anti American. Balkanization addresses this. That way they can run their country into the ground without hindering the rest of the country.

That’s not what this is.

You don’t give the WH legal team the benefit of the doubt, but you see a judge (who has a COI problem.. shocker) blocking the deportation of criminal illegal aliens and immediately assume the law is on his side. How many of Obama’s deportations did he try to block?

GTFO.

In before SlowDickFlow and FaggieHank say “this is normal, and just like Judge Merchan, this doesn’t impact the judge what so ever”

It's far less than 20%. As far as I can tell there's only one lunatic on this site that's defending this judge's decision. I bet its much closer to 95%-5%.

I didn't say that, but you completely misread a simple post, so you may want to ask yourself how you did that
