That looked like 10 cases of water. That's like 300 pounds. Don't blame driver really. If there are people who deal with the cesspool of traffic that is Houston or Dallas and pick up their own water, then they can too. Or just drink from the damn sink or fridge filter.

One of the top Twitter comments was "what if they're disabled" which doesn't explain the 14 water cases imo but would explain the rest.
I could easily see this being someone with blindness or seizures that prevent them from driving
