Student visa rules for studying in the United States include:
state.gov+2
You must have a student visa (F or M visa) to travel to the U.S. for study.
You cannot study on a visitor (B) visa unless you obtain a change of status or use the Visa Waiver Program.
You must be enrolled in an approved educational program.
Your school must be approved by the Student and Exchange Visitors Program.
You must be enrolled as a full-time student.
Proficiency in English or enrollment in English courses is required.
Good starting place. You are welcome.
eta: references. A.P., Bing (3 sources) plus another on Bing that says "You must show sufficient financial support to complete the study." but I'm sure his HAMAS brothern can just hold another ship hostage and send him the money. Doncha' think?

Hank will die on the hill of advocating for non citizens. He’ll be here shortly to do just that.

Dude has green card now as he married a citizen... read it on American Thinker this morning.

If Green card is trump card then we get into what actions aren't acceptable under green cards.
Those actions have been brought out in other threads but crickets take over right after that.

Expect 4chubby and SFP to weigh in as well. They big mad too.

Let me clear something up.
Very few disagree with removing this shitbird of a human from the US.
They just want to make you think Trump is bad.

I think Alexandria/jena is in the western district of Louisiana. Very conservative federal judges. 4D chess.

Here's the article I was talking about, it has some good research details in it. I agree the dude needs to go, btw.

American Thinker
Bunk, Hank and others of that ilk needs to read this before posting anything else about the subject.

Dude has green card now
If so, he could come under both green card and student visa rules?
Just mudding the waters here.
When you throw in the libtard war cry of 1st amendment and the fact that there are many laws governing, read controlling, so called free speech you have a can of worms that even an Aggie can't unravel.
My dil, the lawyer, will be here soon. Maybe I'll ask her.

I thought is was a good write up, especially for someone like me- who didn't have any background knowledge on the situation.

Thanks for the link.
It has addressed my concerns over the free-speech implications on this matter. As I have stated elsewhere, I certainly am sympathetic to concerns that criticism of Israel is going to be equated as being “antisemitic” and deemed to be hate-speech.
Yet while the 1st Amendment protects peaceful assembly to redress political grievances — other behaviors — such as blocking access to classrooms, occupying administrative offices, harassing other students, and/or threatening violence aren’t 1st Amendment considerations but crimes. And certainly no alien admitted on a visa has the “right” to violate the terms of that visa:

(VIl) endorses or espouses terrorist activity or persuades others to endorse or espouse terrorist activity or support a
terrorist organization…

He's not a citizen. He's here under the sufferage of the American people. The US government has every right to revoke this terrorist visa and send him back where his ideas are supported by the majority.

What do we know about this man’s background? Who vetted Mahmoud Khalil and/or sponsored the importation of this “student” to our shores?
Khalil held a British Security Clearance and once had a position at the British Embassy in Beirut. Khalil also worked for a controversial United Nations relief agency long suspected of harboring terrorists.
Something is rotten in Denmark. This guy is a spook.
Detained Columbia anti-Israel protester Mahmoud Khalil worked at UNRWA, got ‘rigorous security clearance’ as British gov staffer years before protests

Great write up and falls in line with my thoughts. I have said had he lead/been the spokesperson for an organization that did peaceful protests in permitted fashion I would question this action. However he was the leader/spokesperson for an organization that violently protested, harassed students and espoused for the overthrow of western society (amongst many other proclamations). He is a “guest” in our country and is not allowed to lead/be the spokesperson of such an organization.
Oh thank you for the research. Wonder how Hank, Bunkie or Boozie will refute it.
