I won't speak for Hank, but I am just interested in American being applied equally...irrespective of the parties.
I hadn't seen anything tying Khalil to Hamas (maybe it exists). The information presented by Redbone does a good job of showing that Khalil's organization, CUAD, is probably tied to Hamas...and maybe advocates for terrorism.
We'll see what evidence is presented at trial.

That was a good article.

Khalil held a British Security Clearance and once had a position at the British Embassy in Beirut. Khalil also worked for a controversial United Nations relief agency long suspected of harboring terrorists.
Something is rotten in Denmark. This guy is a spook.
I read all that earlier. His is a peculiar case. Who knows what's going to happen with this.

He is afforded 100% of the same rights enshrined in the US constitution that citizens have. If you disagree with that, than you are a stupid face.

No, it hasnt.
I will spell this out for all of you idiots one last time. Anyone who is here on student visa or a green card holder generally IS allowed most rights as normal Americans under the constitution.
However, they are not allowed ALL of those rights. If this guy wouldve just been out shouting some stupid shite he would be completely protected under 1A. He wasnt, he committed serious crimes including trespassing, destruction of property, obstructing proceedings for normal students, and very possibly assault and cases can be made for kidnapping as well. He is filling a motion to try to stop Columbia from handing over to the feds all they know about him. Why would he do that if hes just a good ol boy?
Finally, even if none of that were true, the secretary of state can revoke a visa or green card for anytime for any reason. This dude is very legit hamas supporter and wrote literature advocating for destruction of the west. GET THE frick OUT
Send him to Gaza tell the Jews where he is and let them bomb him

They want us to believe this thing is strong enough to allow a foreign ax murderer that pisses on the US flag daily to stay in the US.

"than you are a stupid face" What does that even mean? Makes me think he/she/it isn't even a real person.
The fact that he hasn't apologized to everyone on this board for his behavior makes me think he isn't a real man. ... or maybe his Soros funded handler is still trying to figure out how to spin this.
As time passes more people supply documented info making this U.S. schooled terrorist look even worse. More spin needed.

One more bump to the top for Hanky Panky to see.
Read 'em and weep Hank.
signed,
Redboner, aka mental midget, aka "than you are a stupid face". Shouldn't that last one be "poopie face"? That would be more Aggie sounding.

This point can’t be emphasized enough.
In addition to a student visa, Khalil was apparently granted a green card. Certainly non-citizens enjoy free speech rights while in our borders.
Yet being granted a visa or green-card is a privilege not a right. Such privileges come with stipulations.

BC he married an American girl after less than being here a year. Which I don't get cause I've heard horror stories of how long it takes for other Americans who marry foreigners to get them here in a GC.
How tf did this guy get it so fast, and another thing why does he have 19 fricking lawyers...19??

The hill Hanky Panky died on is the hill of free speech which is a hill he does not know nor understand. We have limits. many extensive limits. Green card holders more limitations. If this case bleeds over to his student visa years then even more rules apply.
Anybody that defends this trash is on a mighty steep hill. Our case has been proven. The ball is in their court now.

Short version: the guy Hanky defends has junk in his trunk before he became a loud mouth at Columbia.

Here ya go, Haga. A good place to start.
I haven't been to the website yet.

Detained Columbia anti-Israel protester Mahmoud Khalil worked at UNRWA, got ‘rigorous security clearance’ as British gov staffer years before protests

Yeah, something about Khalil’s background doesn’t add up. I’d like to know who has been paying for Khalil’s freight for his studies at Columbia?
As mentioned above, Khalil was an operative in the United Nation administered Palestinian relief organization that has been accused of supporting Hamas. I did a little searching and found that the U.S.has been one of the main funders of the UNRWA.
This is just a small example of why taxpayer funded foreign aid to ALL countries should be ended. Whatever your opinion of the Gaza War or no matter who you believe is the primary antagonist in this latest Middle Eastern conflict, it is insanity for the United States to be picking winners and losers in these ancient sectarian rivals.

Ya see what Hanky started. He wanted to prove that OMB hand picked an innocent little person that was just expressing himself through 1st amendment rights, totally and uncontrolled free speech, to be exiled to GITMO or some similar place.
Now Hanky Panky and his ilk has driven people to take a look a little deeper just to prove our point and discovered it's far worse than first thought.
Thanks to Hanky we now know this mooslim shite starting trash needs to be force fed a pulled pork sammich, placed in a jail cell with Big Bubba over night, and then have one ear canal connected to the other using a .22 bullet.
Hummmm.... I wonder if a person hears the boom when the .22 trick is used?

And of course, the very best way to show support for Khalil by those who claim he has been wrongfully detained is to trespass and illegally occupy a building.
