I say good for Kling that he is doing well. The pitching he will face is not as good as he will face in the SEC.

Why would kid like Stevenson transfer to 3rd school in as many years after starting the previous year for Ohio State? Too many moves.

He doesn't have a future in baseball. Some of these kids actually transfer because of school

Someone mentions this in every Kling thread. Fine, let's ignore the fact that conference play hasn't started yet and we've all played roughly equal schedules to date....Regardless I can promise you Stanfield and Curiel wouldn't have 8 HRs combined at this point at Penn State. Kling is playing well and that's OK to admit. Some of you are so insecure

I admitted he is playing well. What the hell you want me to say? He played well here but when it came time for SEC pitching, there was a drop off. Is that incorrect to say?

Watched OM/ARK today and Mitch looks like he put on a good bit of weight, and was smoking the ball.

Happy for all of them but mostly Sammy D.

Thanks for this list, Tgr.

No it is not incorrect. But he also didn't hit 8 HRs in nonconference while he was at LSU either. He has improved

Yes he has. Maybe he just needed to be in an environment where nobody knows they have a baseball team to relax and reach his potential. He had every chance here and couldn’t put it together unfortunately

I would be unusual for someone to transfer from Ohio State to South Alabama for academics.

You got that right. My nephew went to Penn State. At Christmas of his senior year, I asked if he had been to many baseball games. Baseball games??? Huh?? After that, he went to some games and had a great time.

Maybe Adam or Project knows the full story but on the surface it made no sense. Neal hit .276 with 9 HRs while only playing about half the time.

With Trav and Milazzo gone, it would seem he would become the everyday catcher.

He never lived up to expectations but he showed progress last year.

He went to a direct competitor. I don't wish him 'baseball well.'

In my humble opinion most of those players at least were here a few seasons so can't blame them for looking elsewhere. Glad Dutton and Kling are doing well. Those 2 I wish turned the proverbial corner here.
