Why? Why is this man entitled to anything at tax payer expense besides the cage he currently resides in? The idea that mentally ill prisoners have rights to medical services at tax payer expense that the tax payer doesn’t have a right to is insane.. at some point you really start hoping to see the wrath of God delivered upon these perverse corrupt judges.

But they do this for a reason.
They realize that even now this is viewed by many as crazy.
But after it is filled this way 500 times by liberal judges it won't be viewed as crazy any longer.

I don’t know that I would be too quick to stop someone from trying to sexually castrate (male or female) a baby killer.
There was a time very recently where liberal judges would have fought against castration of inmates. I say, let ‘em go for it, but get the cheapest doc and anesthesiologist. Maybe even a med student for practice.

This lawsuit should have been deemed frivolous by a magistrate and dismissed before it ever reached a judge. Upside down world.

I wonder if they are keeping this crazy stuff from the other inmates...I'm sure they would be more than helpful to grant this judges wishes some dark night at no cost to the taxpayer...oh yes, and no anesthesia would be needed...Lol
