Love the idea. They need to figure out how to offset the lower tax revenues with spending cuts while they also try to balance the budget. The only way this works is if we're a net exporter, so the trade balance also needs to be fixed.
We need to make and sell more than we buy from others. Simple math, helluva tough problem.
If anyone can do it, Trump can. Tall order. Here's hoping.

This does nothing but add more freeloaders to the system. Unless we are completely doing away with federal income tax or going to a flat/fair tax, this is crap.
