Do they recruit? It's really the only sport theyre strong at.

Well no. But if you wanted to form good basketball teams, they are positioned in the exact area needed to do such.

Legit question. They have won three years in a row lol, do they get the best Monroe kids? Iowa would whoop them in any other major sport

I’d wager to bet there are less than 10 white kids there.

Probably some Hondurans now (although they seem to live in Bawcomville mainly).

I have seen this game more than once.

And Wossman is good in football today.

Their time is coming in GBB too. Courtney has done an amazing job in just two years there. They took their lumps last night, but it'll be her turn to give them out real soon.

Wossman graduates a ton this year.

My dad graduated from Wossman in 68. There was one black kid in the school.

Seems low.

I know Ouachita’s old coach that used to win state is there. He’s a helluva coach. I believe he’s the AD.

Iowa is better coached and would beat them in football, along with the other major sports. But basketball, wossman is ridiculous

They played twice this year and Iowa won both. The second game in the Regional round was pretty tight with Iowa going up two scores late to win 24-8.

James Wilson was all state mvp that year, hell of a linebacker. Really the only name I can think of. Not sure if Pat Williams had started high school yet, think he came out in 1990?

Head coach was North LA GOAT Ray Gambino

Coach moved on to college. They just hired LSU/TCU WR John Diarse as HC.

Saw them in football at Cecilia last year.

Saw them in hoops vs. Lafayette Christian at the Cajundome (23-24).

I like Cohen Charles.

Monroe really punches above its weight when it comes to sports. With a population of like 50,000 it really is a top spot for louisiana athelics

Bradie James played at Wossman until West Monroe rolled out the red carpet to get him to transfer.
