Ranking the ones I've watched:
Demon slayer
Full metal Alchemist
Hunter x Hunter
Attack on Titan
I haven't watched the last season and a half of attack on Titan though.
I'd only have Hunter x Hunter behind FMA due to having a complete ending to the series.
I'd put Hellsing Ultimate right up there with those two as far as ones you didn't mention.

Not a fan of anime, shite is weird. I’ve got a buddy who’s always trying to show me different ones, but I can’t get into it. One Punch Man was funny though

My daughter has gotten into some anime shows so I've been watching a couple with her recently. Demon Slayer is pretty good, and so far relatively free of the usual Japanese weirdness (beyond just clearly being a show made by and for a different culture than my own). Jujutsu Kaisen is also not bad, although it does lean a bit heavier into the "Japanese people are space aliens" inexplicability from time to time.
Still, neither can hold a candle to DBZ.
ETA: I considered starting One Piece since I've heard good things about it, but was turned off by two things: 1. The still picture that Cruchyroll uses to promote the show heavily features a bikini-clad girl with giant boobs (I mean I wasn't turned off by it, but... look, you get my point
), and 2. It has almost 1,400 episodes. That's a commitment I'm just not prepared to make.
Still, neither can hold a candle to DBZ.

Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood is better than everything on that list except maybe Attack on Titan.
