Move over Mardi Gras says Texas...It's time for the Houston Rodeo and all the fake cowboys

These clowns look like such fools playing dress up for Rodeo every year.
If any of you have been to Houston during the rodeo, you know now is the time all of the city slickers, who have never stepped foot in the outdoors besides having a cocktail on a patio, dusts off their finest cowboy and cowgirl costumes and cosplay as true cowboys for the next three weeks. Hats, vest, boots, leather fringe, turquoise jewelry, pearl snaps as far as the eye can see.

I’ve always told my Houston friends that the Rodeo is their effort to recreate the fun of Mardi Gras.
