What are some tv shows you have enjoyed that were popular from another generation that you were surprised you enjoyed?

Took time when kid was born to watch cheers and loved. Frasier was also good but not as good as cheers. Within the past couple of weeks started gunsmoke and I have been enjoying it.

I can't go too far back for shows before my time but I Love Lucy and the Untouchables are two I can think of. Sgt. Bilko.

How well Twilight Zone holds up speaks to how good it was

The Honeymooners... It would come on at 10:30PM and I would beg my dad to stay up and watch it.. I know there were only a few shows made but every one of them were pure gold...

After I finished, cheers, I was going to try and start a taxi. But the quality and clearness of the picture was horrible. Gunsmoke was made in black and white and it has so much better picture. I am amazed.
Maybe it was just Paramount+ being dog poo

I watched the original Star Trek and Batman shows as a kid, even though had been off the air for over a decade by then. Loved them, still do.
