Black guy curious of the "cuck" culture among Southern white guys

I was just reading thru one of the forums and I seen the word "cuck" used which reminded me of a question I had. Can someone explain to me why so many white men are cucks and use their girlfriends/wives to live out their Black c*ck fantasy instead of just being openly gay.
Also I'm single so I'm on dating and hook up sites where I see more than a few ads of white men begging mostly Black men to bang their girls. This isn't something you commonly see in the Black community. I know Black "cucks" exist but they are definitely more hidden and a marginalized community. I wonder if this plays a big part as to why so many white girls are into Black guys, to get away from weird cucks.
Not looking to start drama, just curious about my observation. I know not all white men are cucks. And I know some white men, latino men, asian men are well endowed and very masculine too ... it's not something exclusive to Black men so I don't understand the fixation on us. I'm assuming it's something to do with slavery b/c I feel it's the strongest in the South versus outside the South.

I've literally seen websites, forums, and x-rated channels made by white men dedicated to Black men smashing their girl. It's a highly visible culture and something hard to ignore.
