Edit: Agree this wouldn’t hold up and the ban itself would be what is actually unconstitutional, but wanted to see all the griping about HOAs.

I live in a city with no HOA's . Just compare Jackson to the burbs here with HOA's. Those HOA's for all their crap keep a lid on rentals, which can destroy a neighborhood more than anything.

HOA's suck. I would never join one. But isn't a HOA just a contract between people? You join a HOA willingly.
