Why should there be no tax on tips or overtime?

I’m just curious of the logic behind it.

There shouldn’t be taxes on anyone’s income.

Anymore brain busters?

What else was in the bill that democrats voted no for? It wasn’t just no tax on tips.

First of all taxes are theft, the reason why they’re doing it is because it’s an incentive for many things. Extra money will still generate taxes while stimulating the economy a bit further. It’s also is an incentive for more production, aka the more one works production goes up which also helps a business which stimulates the economy, this incentivizes that as well. Tips are also not set income it’s technically a gift.

Because we are overtaxed and our taxes have been wasted by those we elected in the past. Now we have a president that is for the American taxpayer and wants us to keep our hard earned money.

Today’s Democrat Party does not support the working class.

Today’s Democrat Party is the party of Wall Street, Big Finance, Big Pharma, Big Police State, Big War, etc.

Wonder if baristas will unite against the dems over this?

J/K We know they'll gladly pay tax on their tips just to stick it to Trump.

It was a vote on the whole GOP budget, including billions in tax cuts for the rich and billions in Medicaid cuts.

No tax on tips/overtime is like .01% of this bill
