If you’re a man, nobody cares how you feel.

All that matters is what you say and do.
True or false.
True or false.

By and large, yes. Most of society only cares how productive you are. You can see this when men struggle at a job or are incompetent at something. Most of society will actually skip past saying the man isn't good at his job and will immediately begin to call this person a piece of shite/good for nothing. Unlike women, our entire value societally is tied to our productivity.

I don't need anyone to care how I feel. My feelings are my emotions, not someone else's.

So you’re saying the difference between men and women is accountability?

I care Earnest. What's got you down?

Outside of your own home? Absolutely true.

Then why does everyone start their opinions or thoughts with “I feel like…..” instead of “I think….”

I keep reading on twitter that men especially aren’t supposed to reveal their feelings to their wives or girlfriends, that these women will use their emotions against them, etc.
I don’t think my wife does that, but what do y’all think in general?
We’ve been told that women want sensitive men, but is that just marketing?

Translated, the women in your life DGAF how you feel or how you get impacted by their decisions or actions.

generally speaking, that's true

When’s the last time you stepped out of line? That’s a quick way to get people to care about what you are doing.

A lot of modern women (not all) view emotion from men as a weakness. They need men to be emotionless to anchor down their emotional chaos. If you add to the chaos, you aren't any good to them.

Mostly just man up brah.

your wife cares how you feel, in fact it’s important that you tell her just that, often.

I think I’m actually starting to agree with them, though.
I sympathize with myself and with men. I know how hard life is and how our emotions are often hard to deal with. I don’t actually believe that we feel things less than women do, in general (in fact I think our feelings are more sincere than those of a certain common type of women).
I just am starting to realize that even though my wife doesn’t seem to use my emotions and insecurities against me, it’s still not best for me to reveal these things to her or to anyone.
In the end, it doesn’t matter how I feel. Only what I do.
