I wonder if President Trump eats Chinese food.

I intended for dinner to just be Mongolian beef and broccoli. I ended up doing Pepper Steak w/Onions, stir fry broccoli, honey soy glazed carrots and some crappy egg rolls from the frozen section at the supermarket. Craven, which I will NEVER buy again.

W/a little homemade hot mustard.

You posted pics so I'll bump your thread.

HEB mislabeled twin lobster tails this weekend so I bought a bunch.

I had two lobster tails and broccolini. Wife went to eat with our neighbor and her daughter so it was a decent single person meal.

Made buffalo wings. All these years and I never tried making them at home because I figured it was hard/labor intensive.

They were as good or better than anywhere we have around here (Mandeville) and a fraction the cost.

Definitely in the weekly rotation now

Hungarian goulash, creamy cucumber salad (with a sour cream-dill sauce), crusty bread slathered with Kerrygold.

Red wine but I have no idea what kind because my dude opened it while I was finishing dinner.

How did you make them?!?

I always think the same way as you.. and can’t get sauce right.

I lightly tossed them in avocado oil. Then I liberally seasoned them with salt, pepper, and garlic (I just used Kinder's blend). I baked them on a wire rack at 400 for 30 min, then lowered it to 170 for 30 min. I then took them out and tossed them in sauce and stuffed my face.

I used the primal kitchen buffalo sauce.

I had thought about brining them first, but they were as juicy as I could have wanted.

The 170 for 30 min helped crisp up the skin a little more.
