Ummm, are we sure this was written by Elon?
It's very awkward. What does 'requesting to understand' mean?

"what would you say you actually did here?"

They have to show what they are doing. If not doing anything, they are not needed.

Ooookkkkk. But how exactly is that going to be verified and all? Or is this an exercise in writing skills?

Elon will use AI to assess worker efficiency.
You get fired if the bots don't like you.

May also possibly be looking for fraudulent/fake employees

Probably just to verify they are checking email and following instructions.

How many glitches will be fixed. People somehow getting paid when they shouldn't. Elon will just fix the glitch.

Should be easy enough to find out if somebody’s answer is made up. What do you think they’re gonna do, make up something that didn’t happen? I guess that could happen, but that would be pretty ballsy.

I once inherited a troubled IT team that was in the middle of a project.
I would sit down with them every morning for 15 minutes. Three questions
1. What did you do yesterday?
2. What are you gonna do today?
3. Do you have any roadblocks that you need me to solve?
Did this for 3 months until they got into the rhythm.
Turned out to be a great team in the longer run.

If their AI bot says I'm not needed, since I'm retirement eligible, do I get that option first?
This violates every law out there. My manager, not some computer algorithm, should decide if I should stay or go.
It's one thing to decide if a job description is needed. It's another to fire someone based on a response to a computer program.

Funny how shite just works when proper leadership is applied.
