if penis enlargement was as routine as breast enlargement

If penis enlargement surgery was as common/safe/normal/routine as breast enlargement surgery is for women, who here would do it?

It would probably be a lot like how women go and do dumb crap like facial injections while their husbands are wondering “why the hell are you doing this”.
