So much so that it will require further hospitalization. The 267th pontiff of the Catholic Church, now 88 years old, was admitted to the hospital in Rome with a respiratory infection prior to the weekend.

I read yesterday that Francis had improved “some.” Sounded more like wishful thinking.

Why does the church work so hard to articulate things in a way that is more complicated?

It can definitely be frustrating. However, I sometimes wonder if the media knows how to properly translate Italian into English.

Have you seen whos responsible for electing the next Pope? I doubt we will see another conservative Pope in our lifetime.

I pray for the pontiff’s speedy resolution and if God calls him I pray for the next Pope to really be Catholic.
