Which actor/actress is the best at an accent other than their own?

I was watching a movie with Karen Gillen and realized she is really good with the American accent. It got me thinking who are the best of the best at this. Thoughts? Rules must be followed.

Jon Bernthal as Shane. Absolutely nailed the blue collar south Georgia accent.

Collin Ferrell has a really think natural accept that he can make just disappear. It floors me every time I see him in an interview.

Ruth Langmore actress, I forget her name.
When I first started watching, I thought they cast the girl straight out of a Bartow County GA Waffle House. She's from Brooklyn.

Timothy Olyphant does a pretty good southern accent for being from Hawaii.
Cheating because he’s from Georgia but Walton Goggins in interviews vs his accent as Boyd Crowder is fantastic.

Not an actor, but nobody near as close to Mel Blanc------The Man of !000 Voices.

Jody Comer is a scouser, but she's known for faking a bunch of other accents. You never really hear her real accent except in interviews.

Gary Oldman. Easily.
He did other (mainly American) accidents for so long he had to relearn his British accent.

This has happened to a few actors off the top of my head, most notably Mel Gibson. You'd never know he was an Aussie today.
Jax Teller also lost his English accent and in English roles he sounds like an American doing a bad impression.

Tom Bosley has an incredible downeast accent as Sheriff Amos Tupper in Murder, She Wrote. And that’s despite the fact that there is a distinct possibility the character was not born in Maine.

RDJ's British accent is pretty good.

Totally thought he was American and from the South when Tigerland came out… totally nailed it… great movie too.

I don’t even really think about Colin Farrell, but he is pretty good at various American accents.

A lot of great ones named. I’ll throw Anna Paquin in there who is not a southern chick. She’s from New Zealand. (Born in Canada, but raised in New Zealand). Like Mel Gibson, she talks with an American accent all the time now.
