Are fullbacks under represented in the pro football hall of fame?

While I understand that the role is often a niche role and less utilized in the modern game, it feels like there should be more representation for that role in the Pro Football HOF. It is an official football position and folks have been pushing to get other niches roles into the Hall (i.e. Devin Hester / KOR/PR specialists) but what about FBs?
Looking at the HOF website, there have only been eight fullbacks voted in the Hall of Fame. With Larry Csonka being the last FB voted in the class of 1987.
1. Larry Csonka (FB) 1968-1979
2. Jim Taylor (FB) 1958-1967
3. Jim Brown (FB) 1957-1965
4. Joe Perry (FB) 1948-1963
5. Marion Motley (FB) 1946-1953, 1955
6. Bronko Nagurski (FB) 1930-1937, 1943
7. Clarke Hinkle (FB) 1932-1941
8. Ernie Nevers (FB) 1926-1927, 1929-1931

Since Larry Csonka was inducted in 1987.... I would say the top players in the position since would be....
- Mike Alstott (3x First Team All Pro, 1x Second Team All Pro, 6x Pro Bowl, Super Bowl Champion)
- Vonta Leach (3x First Team All Pro, 3x Pro Bowl, Super Bowl Champion)
- Lorenzo Neal (2x First Team All Pro, 1x Second Team All Pro, 4x Pro Bowl, 2000s NFL All Decades Team)
- Mike Tolbert (2x First Team All Pro, 3x Pro Bowl)
- Kyle Juszczyk (1x First Team All Pro, 1x Second Team All Pro, 9x Pro Bowl)
Thoughts?

Alstott should get in as a RB

John Henry Johnson is another FB in the Hall.
Alstott is really the only one I think you could make an argument for that isn't just trying to give out charity gold jackets.

A better question is where to do you draw the line? Should there be ample representation for every position? The best of the best in those positions? ... or is it just best of the best across football and position doesn't matter but then if that is the case, how do you compare accomplishments?

Allstott was a big RB, not a fullback. The rest are blocking FBs.

"But Ironhead, what's this thingy?"

Mike Alstott and Lorenzo Neal are HOFs imo

It’s because 99% of sportswriters don’t know anything about sports. They can only quantify value through stats and media representation. I’d bet dollars to donuts that if someone like Tom Rathman behaved the way Dennis Rodman did he’d be in the HOF.

Based on All Pros / Pro Bowls solely. You can make an argument for all of the FBs mentioned on my original post.

Warrick Dunn lined up behind Allstott

Tony Richardson should be on your list

Jim brown was way more a RB than a FB

Had a huge Mike Alstott poster in my room growing up. Dude was a wrecking ball

Agree. Brown was a big, fast, RB.
If Allstott was a FB, he couldn't block for shite.

Ladanian Tomlinson was the beneficiary of running behind Lorenzo Neal. Neal once said he didn’t care how bad the linebacker was, he would eventually get tired of coming up to meet him in the hole.
