I haven’t been yet I walked by it the other day and thought about stopping in. Now I guess I need to wait a few weeks.

I got a slice at Forbidden before the last Saints game and it was good but didn't look as good as the pizza Dave tried. I need to try to get a whole pie.

Friend,

The "Original Sin," which is problematic on so many levels, does not normally look that way. Here is a photograph of a typical plain slice there:

As they have simply taken L'industrie's recipe, I strongly encourage you to get the burrata slice over the plain slice there.

Yours,

Rumors are it scored in the 8s. Guess vid coming tomorrow.

Between il Supremo and Forbidden, Jesuit baws got the best pizza in the city according to Portnoy

I promise you he won’t score it higher than Forbidden.

Typically if Dave blows his wad like we just saw before he makes the last stop on the list, then he likely won’t rate the last stop the best even if it compares.

If this were a pizza city he wouldn’t do that, but that’s what I expect here. For the record I’ve never had Forbbiden.

That guy took the rating like a pro. Dave was disappointed, but you can tell he respected his reaction.

Good luck during Mardi Gras keeping up with demand after an 8.3

Anything above an 8 will be well deserved. No idea when I will be motivated to try this place due to the location but will make it a mission.

I had forbidden pizza, about two months after coming back from a NYC trip. Honestly, the NYC pizza in general didn’t blow me away like I thought it would - other than John’s of Bleeker Street. That said, I thought the one slice at Forbidden Pizza was just as good as most of the slices I got in NYC. I also liked it better than pepperoni pizza I got from St Pizza.

Forbidden is more Lucali than L’ind

Good pie, low hydration, quality ingredients.

Kinda disappointed he only gave it an 8.3 with the way he was gushing about it.

8.7 would've been nice to see.

Rumor has it he has one more review, and it received the highest score.. likely in the high 8s.

Really? I’m shocked. Supremo is on my list then.
