As a kid that grew up in the 80’s and 90’s, it seemed every rock radio station rammed Led Zeppelin down our throats. I hated them, especially Stairway to Heaven.
However, I’ve grown to love and respect their genius over the last 20+ years.
John Bonham = greatness
Jimmy Page = greatness
Robert Plant = greatness
John Paul Jones= greatness + the glue that held everything together

They are one of the few groups I could cue up every one of the albums, sit and listen to them all, and never have the inclination to skip a track.
Every riff they borrowed/stole they made their own and they transcended the shoulders they stood upon.

There is a sneak preview in a few markets starting Wednesday all on IMAX. It moves out to about 200 IMAX screens on Friday and general release to ~1000 screens is the following Friday.
BR and NOLA are not early release markets but screenings will start Friday on IMAX in both cities.
