The values of Illinois? If he doesn't apply those rules to all current state workers he is a hypocrite POS...I am sure they have state workers who have trespassed, shop lifted, etc

Yea one bad apple might spoil the rest. Would not want one of those J6 guys corrupt the outstanding law abiding citizens of Chicago and let them know it is ok to attack a LEO. I mean who would even think that in Chicago. The police have it made there with all the law abiding citizens. The governor wants to nip it in the bud.
