McCarthy will not come to the Saints for the same reason he left Dallas...

He is going to want far more control over personnel than Gayle's mafia will give.
Brady and Kingsbury will not come for that reason and the lack of ability to get a QB they think. can make the Saints a winner, And I do not think they see Carr as that guy going into his 12th season where age starts to show for most quarterbacks,
Mike Kafka has had the 15th worst, fourth worst and third worst offenses in the NFL the last three seasons. His offenses are getting worse not better.
Anthony Weaver and Kellen Moore are both intriguing but I also see both sitting pat for another year rather than taking a chance with an organization in the place the Saints are with a GM who is failing AND instransigent in the way he operates.
I can see Rizzi as being the end choice because Loomis knows he will be a good boy who does as he is told.

McCarthy left Dallas because Jerry was trying to get him to agree to a lameduck short term contract.

According to Adam Schefter there was no talk about business or contracts before they broke talks. Only control of player personnel. Jones gave a weak roster to McCarthy last year. Perhaps the weakest of his tenure,

Saints homers are big mad at this reality. He might come but yes everyone of these guys knows they are tied to and anchor called Loomis

Loomis thinks he won the Super Bowl when that team was put together by a lot of personnel who moved on since but Loomis is not the problem, An owner who is as dependent as a heroin addict to an organization President who will never fire Loomis is the problem.

Absolutely the weakest

Sean Payton was certainly comfortable with his “control” when here.
What do you think controlling the personnel entails, specifically?

lol. You clowns are just making up dumb shite now.
They’ve already said that the next head coach will be heavily involved in the decisions going forward with regards to coach’s, players and direction of the team.
Oh noozzzoooss. saints talk clowns say he’s just lying they never have any intention of doing that.
lol.

You do realize Loomis wrote a blank check and murdered our cap for Payton for 15 seasons? Payton had full control of personnel and I’d bet Allen did too

Incel of unawareness

You’re 1000% wrong.
Loomis and Gayle will give their coach whatever they need to do to succeed.
The right coach could come to Nola and run this shite just like CSP did.
Loomis would adapt if the coach is a winner and builds a strong culture.

Weaver and Kafka are most likely Rooney Rule interview candidates.
It’s probably McCarthy, Brady and Moore in some sort of order.

I'd like Arthur Smith and Gruden way more than anybody were talking to rn fr fr mates

Exactly. He wanted to stay there on a longer deal.

So, Payton didn't more or less tell Loomis "find a way to keep that guy" and Loomis did? That's how I was told their relationship worked.

This.
It only took one season for CSP to have some post-Drew clarity and realize the mess he made. He dipped out and left Loomis holding the check. The timing of his departure and return to coaching alone should be enough evidence for that.

Nah. I’m willing to bet that Loomis puts the full court press on Moore or McCarthy since Brady turned them down
