We take all this time and we continue to mess it up, just hire someone already, it’s pretty obvious Gayle n Mickey are gonna screw it up. Come on Gayle, get rid of him, he’s screwed up enough, don’t you screw up to! Frustrated

Winter weather delayed the interview process. Idk if they are going to make a good hire but I prefer a professional process.

What is the hurry on hiring someone? This is the NFL. It's not college football. The assistants that are still in the playoffs can't get hired till their season is over. The free agent period does not start until March. The combine is a few weeks after the SB. Relax. It will be ok.

We might have to just put a polo shirt on a traffic cone and let it serve as head coach for the next few years.

Don’t worry, after the Bills choke against the Chiefs for the 7th time in a row I’m sure you’ll be hearing more about Joe Brady. Just gotta wait until they lose.
