Ichiro got 99.7% of the vote, 1 vote shy of unanimous selection. Ban that voter.

I assume CC goes in as a Yankee and not an Indian?

Yes, the team that he helped lead to a championship.

Can't vote for Ichiro when he doesn't speak out against the low number of African Americans in MLB.

All those black guys are playing football and basketball. The lack of black players in baseball is by choice.

I think that choice is made by circumstances though. Baseball can’t be played solo, and at minimum you need a bat, probably more than one ball, and gloves…unless you are Dominican and prefer the cutout milk carton. Then you need a field, which isn’t readily available in an inner city.

For basketball, you need a ball and a court, which isn’t hard to find.

10th ballot. If it takes 10 maybe you weren’t supposed to be in what’s now the hall of very good.

You're also a lot closer to the money in basketball and football
Basketball, you can be one and done.
Football, three years in college.
Baseball, even if you're drafted out of high school, you may have to ride those minor league busses 4-5-6 years.
Plus, a hell of a lot less NIL money circulating in college baseball.
