Was Notre Dame too focused on Brian Kelly for the last few weeks?

Their fans sure seemed to be.

I really don't get trash talking like that while on a playoff run. BK is the reason they were in this position. BK has gotten them to this game as well.

LSU’s greatest victory since Covid is Ohio State beating Notre Dame by 11 in the national championship.

I’ll forget about this game in a week, but l’ll always remember that Daniels scramble and the Mason Taylor dive to the pylon.

They get a red carpet to the playoffs every year now with this format. Wouldn’t sniff it if in a conference. Got lucky what side of the bracket they were on this season. Seeding will probably be looked at differently after this year.

Sure he will. Even in a loss, the Irish were on a national stage last night and made a game of it. They aren’t going anywhere.

This is ridiculous. Georgia went a combined 3-0 against Texas and Tennessee and won the conference.

People are acting like ND got the PSU (SMU then Boise) or Texas (Clemson then ASU) path. Out of all of the top-8 seeds, ND’s path to the semis was probably the 3rd-hardest behind Oregon and Ohio State. And for the semis, PSU and Texas are more-or-less equivalent when looking at various power ratings/metrics, and if you evaluate their schedules/game results.

I'm sure coaches and players that actually made the playoff could give a flying shite about a coach that can't make it despite having NFL All Pro talent for two years.

Yeah, let's drag on teams that have already accomplished something BK only talks about when he's lamenting on why his teams choked again.
