Why are people saying this? Has Day actually given any indication that he’s unhappy and ready to jump ship?

That would be the biggest bird flip ever to win the natty and say peace out good luck, I’m out

Yeah, he was arguably coaching to save his job at the start of the playoffs. 4 straight losses to UM, plus all the money they spent on roster and staff this offseason.

I would have told them frick you and resigned immediately if things got that bad.

Then they would have had to fend for themselves during the CFP.

Jim Harbaugh did this exact thing a year ago

LOL you get death threats just by posting on social media. He gets 10+ million a year and free police protection 24/7.

They made Jim take a big pay cut and were about to fire him. Plus he cheated and had to get out of town before the consequences came.

You'd walk away from $37 million? Yeah, right.

True, but he wasn't running from threats...he was running from NCAA investigating him for cheating...

Harbaugh started out 0-5 vs OSU and eventually won a natty. Day just won one.

Football is weird and OSU fans need to realize the grass may not be greener. They can do much worse than day, so much worse. Maybe they should give it a shot
