This is the part where the brainiacs tell everybody their boy is getting recruited by _____ school. Its a fund raiser. There are volunteer coaches on staffs and camps are a way to get them paid. SO , those invitations go out to lots of people.

Only if he's been taking classes. When you're enrolled, your calendar starts. You typically get 8 semesters. Of course there are exceptions (redshirts, medical, etc.)
