While watching Jack Reacher-Never Go Back this weekend I noticed Reacher was staying at Troxie's Motel in Laplace in the opening scenes and remembered seeing them filming there a year or two ago. Big famous shite hole now! lol

Mind blown.. ive never seen Jack Reacher, but if you’d have told me as a kid growing up in the tri-parish that one day Tom Cruise would be at the Troxie, id have said what’s next- Bruce Willis at the Snake Farm ? Harrison Ford at the Frostop ? Burt Reynolds at the Millet Motel ??

Growing up in Norco, I didn’t realize there were stars in the sky until I went off to college.
Often, the flaring from shell was so intense, it would turn off the street lights which would get me into trouble because I didn’t know when to go home.
