Matthew Mcconaugheys tuna salad

I’m sure yall have seen it floating around. Just made it and it’s by far the best tuna salad I’ve ever made. I was actually a little blown away how great it was do yourself a favor and make it!

1/2 cup mayonnaise, plus more as desired
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons wasabi paste
2 teaspoons Italian dressing
3 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
3 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
1/3 cup crispy jalapeño chips
1/4 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup fresh corn kernels
1/2 cup frozen peas
10 ounces tuna packed in olive oil, drained

I’d eat it, but sounds like this was concocted after a few vibe sticks.

No doubt. Brought it to a party today and it was gone in 5 min. Shoulda made way more. Everyone loved it and asked for recipe. I don’t get it, but it’s fantastic.

I'd omit the apple, corn and peas, but otherwise that looks pretty good.

Gonna admit that I'm not an apple fan in tune/chicken salad, but I do love grapes.

Sounds like not much tuna by ratio when you add all the other stuff.

It is a salad, but there's definitely a lot going on.

I do similar but no fruit and I use Gochujang chili paste for flavor and a little heat, im intrigued by the wasabi though.

Take out Apple and peas.

Add dried cranberries.
