No but I'm worried about heavy tree branches breaking electric lines.

My parents lost an aluminum patio cover in the great winter storm of 2010. All I got.

No, but if you are so worried run a garden on top it with a sprinkler hooked up and turn it on. the water will be well above freezing and will melt the snow and keep it from stacking up. Only drawback is a messy yard and a high water bill ( if on city water ) If on a well it won't cost you but the electricity.

The flat roof on the double wide will handle it like a champ.

No.

The weather folks have been wrong like the last 25-30 times.

It’s gonna be cold. There may even be a flurry or two but not tons of snow

Honest answer? Yes. 24 ft span. 1ft drop. 60ft long and poles every 20ft.

Are we talking about the light fluffy snow or the heavy wet snow?

Go buy a lot of fire wood and build four walls around the shed and use a tarp for a roof. It will protect your Kubota.

ETA: We need pics of the tractor, the shed, your wife, and any daughter(s) 18 years old or older to provide accurate information.
