USAA, pretty much satisfied. They used to be better, but that is true for everything

Customer Service is top notch.

Capital one and B of A.

Not really happy but I’m just too lazy to move all my auto payments and auto deposits.

Capital one isn’t bad but during Covid I had to go to 4 bruh I’m and motor stores to get 8k out so it left a bad taste in my mouth. B of A sucks because they have no HYS but everything else is fine.

I've used chase for 20 years, and I've never understood this question. Like, you put money in and you take money out. Where does the dissatisfaction come from?

My dissatisfaction is currently coming from the fact that Capital One is down nationwide

I was the same way with the same bank until I moved to Florida. Getting them to update my mailing address was a pain in the arse. So much so I said frick them and changed to a smaller Regional bank.

They have a ton of free ATMs in network and reimburse quite a bit of fees should you hit some. I think it varies by the type of account on the reimbursement coverages.

I dont ever use ATM so I'm not completely confident on this subject.

Truist. other than a god awful name, no complaints about the business itself.

mortgage is with a local bank, though.

I still can't believe they flushed the SunTrust and BB&T branding to name themselves that.

Also their logo looks like someone messed up the formatting for a hospital sign.

I use a combination of Bank of Oklahoma and Fidelity. The only reason I still have the BOK account is because my mortgage is auto-drafted from my checking there and I get like a .25% reduction in my rate. Once the mortgage is paid off, though, I'd go fully into Fidelity's cash management account. Same as others have mentioned here with the reimbursement of ATM fees. Just to have everything in one place with my retirement accounts and other investments - that's what I'd do.

Fidelity (direct deposit, bill pay). 4% on money funds that auto liquidate for debits (no other brokerage does this), reimbursed ATM fees.

Yes I'm very happy with Fidelity. I have all my investments at Fidelity outside of work 401k/hsa.

The only thing Fideliy doesn't do is Zelle which is fine by me. I keep a Capital One account specifically for Zelle, Venmo, Paypal as I don't want that part of my Fidelity accounts anyway.
