Imo, walking lunges suck the soul out of me.

I used to like doing them, but now they hurt my left knee so I skip them.

Now that I think about it, I don't really miss them.

Great exercise but I have trouble balancing because of neuropathy in the bottom of my feet. Buttocks killer.

I've learned to love Bulgarian split squats. Just added walking lunges to my repertoire as well. They do eat me up...

I end up dry heaving almost every time I do them heavy, but I still like doing them over a barbell squat. Less warm up, no fricking with plates, etc.

Just did some this am superset with reverse lunges. Got the HR rolling. My arse will be sore tomorrow!
