Tees are pretty basic, but picked one up anyways. Interested to see the format.
Currently going thru Arm Farm for the first time. Using some of the Deadcember accessory supersets to add a little core/leg/back work on Wednesday and Saturdays.

My benches suck...I mean they really suck. I end up getting shoulder issues around the 200 mark. Looking to fix that this year.

I was thinking hands on the floor and feet on a bench/box at the heights noted.
HOWEVER, reading thru the comments, it appears I had it completely backwards. It's feet on the floor and hands at the heights mentioned. I'm going to try and work these in this week using the smith machine.
Edit: They posted 2 videos on the sorinex_benchuary reel that shows examples of the tricep pushups, cubans, and back attack substitute.
