Is actually going to the arcade and playing Mortal Kombat for actual prizes - there’s also a retro pinball arcade that is really popular in Tampa - what do you guys think of the trend towards retro e-sports?

Yeah but you’ll consume a lot less greasy food and alcohol than watching football.

I get a kick out of watching my kids play Mario Kart and Kirby together on their switch.

E-sports has definitely got more popular but I think fantasy football makes the NFL still fairly popular among kids

I was involved with e-sports back in 2002-2006, and it's funny to see how crazy everyone has gotten. If the events occurred in person, it basically looked like a large LAN party (I wasn't really involved with that), but TWL and I'm blanking on the other ladders weren't even really for money. It's crazy to see the cash involved now. I was top 3 in the TWL ladder for 2v2 for over a year in Medal of Honor Allied Assault and I made maybe like 400 bucks ha. In game verbal chat also blew me away, but that's just showing my age. Roger Wilco and Team speak for the win.

My oldest got a varsity letter for e-sports. I give him shite for it, but secretly I’m jealous because I would have cleaned up in Tecmo Bowl.
Craziest shite is these kids aren’t treated like nerds, they are treated like varsity football starters.
Sorry mom, I’m practicing.

If I call sex a sport does that make me a FN athlete?
