My point being that they are calling the dead guy a suspect when he already had a bullet in the head and was in a self driving car?

Conspiracy theory aside the position of a rider inside that particular vehicle would seem highly unlikely that after shooting himself either on the side of head or holding in his mouth that the gun would fall forward that far to be by his feet. After the explosion it would seem nothing would be laying in a manner that would match up with the fall of the gun after the suicide
