Favorites for me have to be the hot sausage balls, potato casserole, and rice dressing, homemade cookies and peppermint bark.

I hate that we have smoked ham for the main course. Would prefer turkey or chicken. Also, whatever that dish is with sliced fruit and cottage cheese…

Standing rib roast. It’s a must have.

Psst, this is really just dirty rice.
Breakfast casserole, grit based, of course, keep that bread based shite up North where it belongs.

I grew up in New Orleans so artichoke casserole loaded with garlic, Italian breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese is my favorite side dish. Shrimp eggplant casserole is also a favorite of mine. Plain bread stuffings and dinner rolls don't do it for me.

Sausage balls and my wife's gumbo. We usually only do turkey and ham for Thanksgiving.

We did steaks, baked potatoes, and salad for the family get together this year.

We got sick of repeating the Thanksgiving menu for Christmas so for the past few years we’ve mixed it up. Last year we did street tacos, year before Italian food.

My brothers wife is making Swiss Christmas food which she says is pot roast and traditionally fondue. For me any kind of beef is a must. I’m turkeyed out.
