Probably the thing I have in the oven right now. A breakfast casserole. Eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, onions, garlic, Cajun sauce, jalapenos, fiesta cheese on top. As I sit here typing this, it smells great. Waiting for the adult children to get up and gorge themselves (we opened presents last night).

Christmas morning. In our house that has always meant monkey bread and pigs in a blanket for opening presents.

I love cornbread dressing. Lately I’ve been getting a stuffed turkey with cornbread dressing stuffed in the middle and baking it in the oven. That’s probably my favorite.
