Detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for Wiley for the listed charges:

Attempted first-degree murder (2 Counts)
Aggravated Flight from an Officer
Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle
Resisting an Officer
Illegal Possession of Stolen Firearms
Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon

Police say Wiley has been previously arrested multiple times for motor vehicle thefts, burglaries, aggravated battery, theft of a firearm, and attempted second-degree murder.

Ridiculous. Arresting people like this does no good if there aren’t solid sentences doled out on the other end.

Agreed in terms of potential root cause, but my question was more about the fact that he isn’t serving 15 years for some of his arrests…most of them were violent

My big thing is that this young man doesn’t look like he will not evolve into any kind of use to society except causing mayhem. Lock him up now for at least 25 years. Maybe he could become useful by then.

My post gets 5 upvotes and then nerfed?

Was it the accurate but offensive use of the “C word”?

Or the even more accurate point that it’s most likely due to no father figure in the home?

Decades of substantive evidence says none of them will. We are wasting our time and money on this demographic.

Don’t sit here and act like the thought and belief system behind Trudy isn’t very much alive and well down at the 19th.

I understand. That’s why I wouldn’t be a good cop. You can’t pay me enough to get shot at. I don’t know the area, but being BR, I’m sure he blended in with the neighborhood residents, all of whom I’m sure, hate the cops. Cops probably decided their paycheck wasn’t enough to risk it.

Shame on the DA for letting this one out the first time.

Hillar will make sure this stops happening if you pass his property tax proposition.

Why do the judges and DA allow this nonsense?
