I would say Bo jackson was pretty athletic. Deion Sanders too. Just off the top of my head.

Haeigh Bryant, Sarah Finnegan and Asheigh Gnat are better athletes than anyone named in this thread. Bet they could dunk on an 8 foot goal.Don't think Tyrus can execute a Yurchenko or Pak Salto.

Tyrus Thomas and Stomile Swift we’re both freaks for their height. Bo Jackson was the best overall athlete I ever saw, but there are a lot of types of athleticism. Tasom Hill has been incredible with what he’s done with the Saints as well.

athleticism is more than flippity flippin. if you took one of the guys mentioned, like a ja Morant or a Michael Vick, and put them in a decathlon vs these ladies, they would destroy them, even if you put in hand/eye events neither were expert at, like tennis or darts.
those women are great athletes, but a lot of what they do is about their being tiny. that's why they age out so young. female gymnasts cant compete at elite level anymore at like 24 because their skills were largely based on size to weight ratio. whereas a 27 year old Vince Carter is devastating at everything.
