They're talking about Perkins on the edge on obvious passing downs.
Ole Miss lined up their lb Perkins at edge on passing downs, he weighs 210 and had 10.5 sacks in '24.

The key is having someone else on the DL who demands double teams and a lot of attention. If the OL focuses on Perkins, he isn’t getting to the QB.
Perkins had that in Ojulari his freshman season. He didn’t in 23 and Baker just didn’t give him many very snaps there when he was healthy this year. But it was also hard to take Swinson and Jones out as well as they played.
