Cocktails in New Orleans

We'll be at the Seanger Theater Saturday afternoon (Cher) then to the Roosevelt for cocktails before going to dinner at Luke.
But what if it's too crowded at the Sazerac bar, there will be six of us.
Where could we go for drinks between there and the Luke restaurant?

The Davenport Lounge at the Ritz across the street

Last time we went to the Seanger, we had drinks at Jolie then Ritz
Good recommendations.

Ritz. Could Uber to Polo Club at Windsor Court or Champagne Bar at Four Seasons

Chances are extremely high
It’s not quite between the Saenger and Luke, but Jewel of the South is only a 5 minute detour, and they have great cocktails.

Jewel of the South *should be the primary answer here, but you may need reservations as they are considered the best cocktail place in the city (and one of the best in the country)
After that for convenience, Ritz

Will also say Ingenue is a rooftop place a couple blocks into the CBD that might be worth checking out. Likely can walk in.
Then Double Dealer which is a "speakeasy" type place.

Was there Saturday. Definitely need reservations for a party of 2 or more.

Thought Cher moved out of the country b\c of orange man

I suggest the Ritz. Hopefully you know it’s not actually Cher performing at the Seanger. Have fun

The Ritz. We always valet the car there, walk to the Saenger for the show, and then return to the bar where they validate our valet ticket when we purchase drinks.

Besame is a sleeper here.

Actually went to Besame last week before the Lauren Daigle concert.
We had a lot of questions about the menu but all was great!
Will definitely be back.

Dovetail right next to the Saenger is a great place for cocktails

It really isn’t on the route described by OP. Bar Tonique is great, but it’s also over a mile from Luke
