I don’t get overly excited or depressed either way. Not like I’m fixing to get out.

The market is barely down at all... If you know it's going to be bad based on what you've seen so far you should short it. A lot of meat on that bone based on this set up!

What is so special about today?

One plus today is the day I buy stocks for the week. And yes I know down days happen. I just like to be in green every day. Who doesn't

I am up so much since Nov there is no rhought that I may not have to give some back, it is just numbers on a screen for the next 5 years for me at this point.

This time of year brings an element of selling that we don’t see at other periods. Tax harvesting selling. It’s why you see more selling pressure on stocks that have had a bad year.
If you have a loser, now is time to sell it to get the tax benefit of the loss. Add that to some other economic pressures that might be relevant and December can be an ugly month
Fwiw- this type of selling can present good opportunities in companies stocks that get unfairly oversold

Bad day? This doesn’t even qualify as a pimple on the arse of a true bad day.

By Tuesday (12/10) of last week, I was down $20,000 from my all time high of the Friday (12/6) before.
Yesterday I finished up with a new all time high of $4,000 more than the last one on 12/6
What am I supposed to worry about again, I got lost

AVGO is giving back some gains, down 5% today. That is the only one impacting me at scale. However, it is still a just a little up from last week

It depends on what you're in. I'm only down .27% today and only 5% off my high for the year.
