Should have gone for OT- defense kept them out of the end zone in 2nd half and the Saints were moving the ball… I can see doing it on the road

Wait fans of a 5-8 team are actually upset they tried to get two yards to win the game instead of playing an overtime period? Holy shite.

Couldn't be more wrong. Third string QB vs. Jaden Daniels...

It was the right decision. I do feel the roll outs in these situations are becoming too obvious though. Not sure what else to do with all the injuries.

Seems to me the 3rd string put up 3 TDs and JD had none in the 2nd half- unless I missed something

Agree, but we had all the momentum and their kicker was struggling.

Currently 9 teams with worse records than the Saints. Bears and Jets are closest, but both have very tough schedules to finish out. 10th is probably the highest the Saints will pick, if they mess around and win any of the last 3, it could be lower than that.

I’m glad they lost. They weren’t going to make playoffs if they won anyway. Get a better draft pick.

LV game has me nervous that they finish the season at 6-11. If they can lose out and finish 5-12, they may be able to bump up a few spots. Win that game and they could be in a 3 way tie for the 10-12 spot with Dallas & SF.

As you pointed out Bears & Jets are closest with 4 wins each, but I don't expect either to win any more games outside of week 18 if teams rest starters
Bears: @Minny (tonight), Det, Sea, @GB
NYJ: Rams, @Buff, Miami

Another team to watch is Jax. They are 3-11, but have some winnable games: @LV, Tenn, @Indy
