LSU trying to get in on top safety,Dillon Thienamen from Purdue.
Obviously CB Jakeem Jackson, Florida, visited today
Micah Hudson-- using the Nuss factor to gain traction
Nic Anderson- same
Spoke about top Tight ends as well.

Good to know we trying to go after difference makers.
Undoubtedly, Nuss coming back will be attractive to offensive weapons looking to transfer in and have a productive season and raise NFL draft stock.
We gonna get a few good transfers by casting our die in the waters...

Barion Brown, WR, Kentucky- visited today
Etc..

We need some taller WRs and just talent, period. And TE, I'm sure Green will get his receptions and hopefully, he wants to be a better blocker, otherwise we need another Mason Taylor-type TE or two. Pimpton, this was his year. Why? $$$ Maybe LSU will offer him a better offer. I just knew this was his year. I guess not.

I'm not worried about height at receiver . Hilton and brown are both over 6 foot and are possibly the two fastest players in the sec or maybe even country. We need deep threats not just size. Brown and Hilton will be deep threats that we didn't have for much of the year

Gonna need some experience on the OL, and DL too. Honestly other than Safety, those are my biggest concerns. We need a WR and some TEs, but I still feel like there's work to be done to keep some of ours home.

While I don’t think Pimpton should leave, what has he done to make you feel this was his year?

Can’t rely on Hilton next year. He has yet to prove he can stay healthy.

Ah yes, another best in the country post. You should worry about height at receiver.

Wouldn’t mind if we also tried to get Farooq with Anderson.

Thin at edge/d end. Hopefully carpenter takes a step. What’s the word on development of guys like Cobbins and CJ Jackson? They may be counted on next season and would be nice to see them in the bowl game

Either taller or more physical in general. One of the two. Chase and Jefferson weren’t the tallest or fastest. Chase was just physical as hell to the point DBs couldn’t get their hands on him without getting bullied. Jefferson’s routes may go down as the best ever at LSU.

Lacy just wasn’t that guy, as much as he wanted to be. Daniels was hampered by injuries and probably struggled with the step up in competition a bit. LSU is in dire need of more physicality at the WR position. Brown and Hudson both fit that mold. Couple either with Hilton taking the top off and Anderson in the slot and which ever one ends up here could have a MONSTER year.

Listed as 6'-4". Probably an NFL combine height of 6'-3".

It's wild to me how many people have absolutely no clue how NIL works. That on its own is understandable, but those same people talk about it constantly as though they are experts.

Just FYI: Absolutely nobody is shelling out major cash to a TE who can't block and has 8 total catches through 2 college seasons.

You're also wrong when you say "this was his year. It is and was always going to be Trey'dez Green's year, not Pimpton's. Pimpton's skillset is completely redundant with Green's--they're both basically jumbo-sized WRs who are labeled as TEs but (at least right now) can't handle in-line blocking responsibilities--except Pimpton is a little smaller and doesn't have nearly the movement skills that Green has. Neither are good enough blockers to allow us to get the both on the field at the same time with any regularity, and if there's only one full set of snaps to go around, it's going to Green first. Pimpton isn't leaving because he got some big offer from some other program - he's leaving because he wasn't going to get on the field regularly at LSU.
